We recommend booking your festive outfit at least 7–10 days before your event to secure your preferred style and delivery date. Our Christmas collection is always in high demand — so the earlier you rent, the more sparkle you’ll have to choose from!

Our standard rental period is 4 or 10 days, but during the festive season we offer flexible extensions so you can keep your look for multiple events. Simply select your preferred return date at checkout or contact us in-store in Warwick to adjust your booking.

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please place your online rental order by Monday 16th December. Orders after this date may still arrive in time, but we advise checking with our team first. Click & Collect from our Warwick boutique is available right up to Saturday 20th Dec until 4pm.

Yes! Our collection includes Christmas Day outfits, NYE dresses and partywear — available to rent or buy. We recommend reserving your New Year’s Eve outfit early as it’s our busiest rental period of the year.

For items purchased (not rented), we extend our returns policy until 10th January for gifts or festive purchases made after 15th November. Rentals follow standard return dates selected at checkout.
